Their Sales guys couldn’t estimate control panels to specification quickly, so to meet their quote deadline, they'd quote their equipment to spec, but ignore the panel spec and quote their standard panel.

They had limited engineering support for controls, so their Engineering VP was constantly solving control panel problems.

When they get an order, we send them an Engineering Submittal for customer approval. After approval, they send us an order and we produce on budget and deliver on schedule.
