Below is a quick company history.

• The company was founded in 1966 as a local panel shop providing small control systems and instrumentation to its local market.

• During the 1980's, the federal government started issuing grants and loans to municipalities to develop their water supply and wastewater treatment systems. In response to this new development, the company grew and became a control systems integrator to serve this new regional municipal market.

• In 1994, the company changed hands and returned to its panel shop roots, with a twist. The company started to specialize in producing control panels for process equipment manufacturers serving the US market, and started to invest in technologies to raise its business capability above, and reduce its price point below, the typical local panel shop business model.

• 1n 2000, the company's 1st major investment paid off when, business efficiency was significantly improved by automating; cost analysis, document generation, parts management, production scheduling, shipping logistics, etc...

• In 2005, the company's 2nd major investment paid off when, production efficiency was significantly improved by using automated equipment to process wires (cutting, stripping, labeling) and perform metal modification (punching, drilling, tapping).

• In 2009, the company's 3rd major investment paid off when, design and production quality and efficiency were significantly improved by automating the acquisition and routing of wire processing and metal modification data from our design software (AutoCAD) to our automated production equipment.
